The spirit
Amber is built for real habit accountability: photo proof, human referees, and gems that reflect follow-through. Be honest. Be kind. Do not game the system or harm others.
Photo evidence
- Submit photos that genuinely relate to the habit you claimed.
- Do not submit misleading, recycled, or someone else’s photos as your check-in.
- Do not include illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or anything that violates others’ privacy without consent.
- Avoid sharing sensitive personal data in photos (IDs, addresses, private documents) unless necessary for the habit and you accept the risk.
Friends & referees
- Referee fairly. Approve, deny, or request a resubmit based on the evidence — not personal grudges.
- Do not harass, spam, or pressure people through invites or reviews.
- Respect blocks. If someone blocks you, do not attempt to circumvent it.
Not allowed
- Harassment, hate, threats, or bullying
- Impersonation or fake accounts
- Scams, spam, or commercial solicitation
- Illegal activity or content that exploits minors
- Attempting to abuse AI verification or the token economy
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized scraping of the Services
Report & block
Use in-app report and block tools when something feels wrong. We review reports with a target SLA of 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, email support@amberhabit.app with details and screenshots if possible.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may warn, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts. Serious violations (illegal content, exploitation, repeated abuse) may result in immediate bans. These Guidelines work together with our Terms of Service.
